Dompet Dhuafa remains committed to supporting disaster survivors in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra through a structured, coordinated, and sustainable humanitarian response. In collaboration with the Indonesian Humanitarian Coordination Platform (IHCP) and aligned with the Joint Response Plan for the Sumatra Floods and Landslides, our interventions focus on accelerating the transition from emergency response to early recovery. Current priorities include the development of temporary shelter solutions for displaced families, alongside capacity building initiatives such as carpentry training enabling survivors to participate actively in rebuilding their homes and restoring livelihoods.
