Time for an update. For the past months, I've been relatively quiet on here. That's about to change. At cair.one, we've been building what we believe Swiss primary care urgently needs: a full operating system for outpatient medicine. The idea is simple: doctors should be doctors. Not IT admins, HR managers, and accountants all at once. We provide the entire operational backbone (technology, processes, supply chain, compliance) as a service, so physicians can focus 100% on their patients. Here's where we are: - Since October 2025, we've been running our first pilot practice in Zurich under the brand medelio: real patients, real operations, real proof that the model works. - In June 2026, we're opening our second location at Zurich's Hardbrücke. - We're actively looking for physicians who want to join as early partners.
