I would like to thank Puls Biznesu for an insightful interview and for opening an important discussion about what I believe is one of the most strategic challenges for Europe's future. Building an independent AI and Data Center infrastructure is not simply a technology project. It is an investment in economic resilience, digital sovereignty and long-term competitiveness. Artificial Intelligence is not powered by algorithms alone. It requires computing capacity, reliable energy and world-class digital infrastructure. Countries that build this foundation will become creators of technology. Those that do not will remain consumers of technologies developed elsewhere. This is why the USD 2.5 billion agreement signed by DL Invest Group, together with our strategic partners, and our participation in the joint venture operating this next-generation AI infrastructure represent a truly transformational milestone in our company's history. It demonstrates that a Polish company can play an active role in delivering infrastructure of global importance. At the same time, we remain committed to the foundations on which DL Invest Group has been built. Today we manage assets valued at more than PLN 5.2 billion, supported by a fully integrated business model that combines development, in-house architecture, general contracting, asset management and property management. As a long-term owner, we continuously adapt our assets to meet the evolving needs of our tenants and the market. We strongly believe that the future is not about choosing between manufacturing and technology—it is about integrating them. That is why we are developing next-generation technology parks where industrial, logistics and R&D facilities are seamlessly combined with AI Data Centers and digital infrastructure, creating an ecosystem that supports the transformation of European industry. I hope this conversation contributes to a broader discussion about how Poland—and Europe—can strengthen their digital sovereignty and support domestic companies investing in strategic AI infrastructure.
