A Season for Reflection and New Beginnings This time of year is usually when I reflect on the past twelve months and look toward what’s next. But this year, my reflection spans much further—it spans 25 years at #Siemens. I never truly thought this day would come, and I admit, it feels a bit strange to say goodbye to the place where I grew up professionally. It is hard to put into words, what the last two and a half decades have meant to me. I arrived here as a young professional eager to start my career, and I leave today with a lifetime of memories, invaluable lessons, and friendships that I know will last a lifetime. Why now? While it’s bittersweet, I’ve decided, it’s time to step out of my comfort zone and experience something new. True growth often requires a fresh perspective, and I am genuinely excited for the challenge that comes next. I am especially grateful for these last six months. Transitions can be daunting, but the unwavering support from Ali Harb, Sébastien Bey and the entire Smart Infrastructure IT organization has been incredible. For me a Masterclass of professional kindness. You have shown me that the "Siemens values" are not just corporate words on a wall—they are lived every day. Thank you for showing me what it truly means to be part of the #SiemensFamily. To my mentors and friends: To those who trusted me with big responsibilities when I was just starting out, and the colleagues who helped me grow every single day: Thank you. You didn’t just help me build a career; you helped me find my voice.
