During May, we celebrate our Founders Day and honour the remarkable legacy of the late Biaggio Signorelli, the man whose vision, values and determination laid the foundation for the family-owned business we proudly are today. As a young migrant from Italy, Biaggio built that dream through hard work, integrity and an unwavering commitment to service. In 1969, Doltone House first opened its doors at Sylvania Waters, beginning a journey that would grow into one of Australia's leading hospitality groups. While the business has grown and evolved over the years, the values that guided our Founder remain at the heart of everything we do. What began as one man's dream has grown into something far greater, a legacy that extends beyond hospitality and continues to make a meaningful impact in the community. Following Biaggio's passing in May 2008 from an aggressive asbestos-related illness, the Signorelli family established the Biaggio Signorelli Foundation to raise awareness and support vital research, treatment and advocacy for those affected by asbestos-related diseases. Today, we reflect on how far we've come, celebrate the people who continue to bring our values to life, and recommit ourselves to being proud ambassadors of Doltone House. We also acknowledge our Founder’s children carrying on Biaggio Signorelli’s legacy Paul Signorelli OAM, Executive Chairman, Anna Cesarano, CEO, Nina Milazzo, COO
