At our El Muelle farm in Costa Rica, composting is one of the ways we bring this commitment to life. Our 21,000 square foot composting facility produces up to 655 metric tons of compost each year, returning 1.44 million pounds of organic material into the soil. By transforming organic residues into nutrient-rich fertilizers, we are improving soil health, reducing waste, and supporting more efficient organic production at scale.
