Yesterday, June 7, was World Food Safety Day, and to recognize the occasion, our team came together for a workshop led by Dr. Amy Parks, Director of Global Governance & Regulatory Compliance, in our Charlotte office. Dr. Parks shared practical food safety tips and highlighted common mistakes to avoid in our own kitchens, especially during the summer, when grilling and cookouts are common. At Dole, food safety is a top priority. In fact, 100% of our products undergo comprehensive health and safety risk assessments.
