We have reached the final stage of our Zoetermeer / Ruimtebaan project 🇳🇱 This project, consisting of a total of 127 modular housing units and designed as 3-storey blocks, represents a significant implementation that demonstrates the speed, quality, and efficiency advantages of modular construction systems on site. The unique codes assigned to each module type ensure full traceability and control throughout all stages of the project. Following the completion of the production process, the project has now entered the delivery phase, during which final on-site inspections are being carried out. All modules within the scope of the project were manufactured in our production facilities in Ankara, Türkiye, under factory-controlled conditions, ensuring high quality standards, production precision, and process efficiency. Modular construction technology stands out with its rapid manufacturing and assembly processes, high thermal and energy efficiency, minimized margin of error through controlled production, and a sustainable building approach. These advantages enable the project to deliver high performance both during construction and throughout its lifecycle. Supported by a central communal garden and social areas, the “village concept” creates a livable environment that encourages strong social interaction among residents. Planned with a total construction area of 3,220 m², along with parking capacity for 30 vehicles and 192 bicycles, the project offers a holistic approach that balances accessibility and quality of life.
