Today, we're celebrating an incredible milestone as Heidi Scannell marks 24 years with DMS Metering Solutions! 🎉 Over the past 24 years, Heidi has been an integral part of our journey, contributing her talent, dedication and passion across so many areas of the business. From her early days in Sales, through Marketing and Accounts, and now leading the way as our Operations Director, her knowledge, commitment and leadership have helped shape DMS into the company it is today. Few people can say they've played such a significant role in a company's growth over more than two decades. Heidi's willingness to take on new challenges, support her colleagues and continuously drive improvements has earned the respect and admiration of everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her.
