We’ve been doing something internally for a while called the Shiny Bucket Award. It really just came from wanting to recognize the kind of work that usually doesn’t get called out. Someone noticing something off and dealing with it before it turns into an issue. Following through so it doesn’t come back around. Most of that never gets seen outside the building, but it’s a big part of why things run the way they should 🙌🏻 That’s a lot of how we try to operate at DMS, so this is just a way to recognize it when it happens!
