One of our supervisors noticed something small during a routine check. Nothing serious yet, but something looked slightly off. So he followed up with the team and they handled it before it had a chance to turn into anything bigger. No big moment. No report about it. Most people in the building probably never even knew it happened. But that’s a lot of what consistency in facility work actually looks like. Small catches from people paying attention and teams taking ownership before something becomes a real problem.
