DMCI Homes ranks sixth among Bacoor City’s Real Property Taxpayers Bacoor City, home to Alea Residences, has recognized DMCI Homes as the sixth highest Real Property Tax (RPT) taxpayer among companies and developers, having paid ₱3,309,005.00 in real property taxes. The recognition was conferred during the Tribute to Outstanding Admirable and Stellar Taxpayers (TOAST) 2026, held last June 26, 2026, as part of the city’s 14th Annual Cityhood Anniversary celebration. DMCI Homes thanks the City Government of Bacoor for this recognition and reaffirms its commitment to supporting the city’s continued growth and development.
