Friday was a good one. Liam Hislop, one of our clients who’s become a proper connection over the past year, and I travelled down to Congleton - and back. Conversations were on a different level all day. 30+ degree heat, clay pigeon shooting, friendly competition and good food. Caught up with faces I haven’t seen for a while, met some new ones too. Our team came third out of eight, and honestly, I’m buzzing about it. Next year, we’re coming for the top spot. But real talk - massive thanks to Together - loans, mortgages & finance for putting the day on and inviting us down. The hospitality was second to none. It’s good to be around people who just get it, Sue Nicholson, Davina Sheldon Scott Hendry. Who do you make space for outside the usual grind?
