Professor turned game developer | First game @ playradx.io
Big news! A local bookstore just ordered 36 copies of the card version of my binary-to-decimal conversion game "radx .io the codable math game." It all started with an idea for learning/teaching how to convert decimal numbers to binary in an abstract playful way. My first attempts had been with really cool looking dice that are 3D printed. Later came the card-only version, which is slightly more portable. The dice and card version unlocks the full potential of the game system but fun can still be had with the cards, no doubt. Here's a really quick low production video of the basic idea. (Better production once I have a budget!) (I can't stick the .io right next to the radx because it directs to a URL I tried hard to get but, ahem, no dice - luckily I have playradx.io so that works to get to my website!)
