Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist (SEO & Website Development Leads – Work Type: Part-Time (4 Hours Daily) Location: Remote Industry: Digital Marketing / Web Development Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Expert who can generate high-quality SEO and Website Development leads through cold email outreach. The role is focused strictly on acquiring businesses interested in SEO services and website design/development in the USA and Canada. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute targeted cold email campaigns for SEO & Website Development services Build and manage highly relevant business email lists (USA & Canada only) Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy for outreach and follow-ups Set up and manage email automation sequences Maintain strong email deliverability (domain setup, warm-up, spam avoidance) Identify and target businesses actively needing SEO or website improvements Track and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Performance Expectations Generate a minimum of 2–3 qualified SEO / Website Development leads per day Leads must be exclusive and not shared with any other agency or individual Focus on decision-makers (business owners, founders, marketing heads) Maintain consistency and improve campaign performance over time Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in B2B cold email lead generation Strong understanding of SEO and website development services (so targeting is accurate) Excellent email copywriting skills (high reply & conversion focus) Experience with tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead, etc. Knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up strategies) Ability to research and segment high-intent prospects Preferred Qualifications Experience generating leads specifically for SEO agencies or web development companies Familiarity with CRMs and lead tracking systems Ability to identify businesses with poor SEO or outdated websites Compensation Fixed monthly pay + performance-based incentives based on lead quality and conversions How to Apply Please share: Your past results (especially for SEO / website leads) Tools and platforms you’ve used Sample email campaigns or case studies Your strategy to consistently generate high-quality leads Your availability and expected compensation Note: This role is strictly for generating SEO and Website Development leads only.
