🏢 DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners team supported 7R in negotiating the lease agreement for a state-of-the-art BTS distribution centre for Pepco in Barniewice, near Gdańsk - strategically located close to seaports and a cargo airport, with access to one of the Baltic Sea region’s key logistics hubs. The long-term lease covers over 51,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, designed to enhance Pepco's logistics operations and support the company’s further growth across European markets. The project, delivered with MIRBUD S.A. as the general contractor, combines advanced operational requirements with sustainable building solutions. ⚖️ The project was led by Mateusz Korecki from DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners side. 🤝 We would like to thank 7R for the cooperation throughout the process, in particular Marzena Taube (Zaczkiewicz), Kamil Szabłowski and Filip Piekarski, as well as all parties involved for their commitment and support in successfully completing the project.
