We secured a significant victory in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts for First Fund Management Limited and a former Union Properties PJSC Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Paresh Khiara, in complex fraud proceedings valued at over AED320 million. In its 6 March 2026 judgement, the Court found no evidence of wrongdoing and was critical of the claimants' case, noting that key allegations were unsupported.
