𝗔 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 🚀 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Top Employer People Summit together with Top Employers Institute at our headquarters. The central theme: Shaping the world of work of tomorrow with AI – HR as a driver of intelligent organizations. With around 75 participants, everything revolved around HR as a shaper of change: the focus was less on tools and trends, and more on the impact of AI on processes, roles and responsibilities and how HR can actively and future‑orientedly help shape the transformation.
