𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗥𝗖 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 Říč𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘇𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮 𝗫𝗩 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 🏆 In business, we often use words like "synergy" or "company values." But do you know what that looks like in practice, when people put real heart into it? Here's a wonderful story from our colleagues in the Czech Republic. 👇 The central question is: Why does a championship of a rugby club mean so much more to us than just a photo with a trophy and our logo on the jersey? There are plenty of reasons: 🤝 We share the same DNA. Rugby is a tough sport that doesn't forgive mistakes, yet it's built on absolute respect, discipline, and fair play. Team spirit is everything. And that's exactly the approach we strive to build in our business, too. 🌱 We believe in consistency and growth. We began supporting Rugby Club Mountfield Říčany when today's champions were still children in the youth academy. As they grew, our support grew with them all the way to the adult team. This consistency helps kids build a lifelong bond with the sport and teaches them that dedication pays off. 🏉 There's a powerful personal story behind it. Ondrej Pavlik, our Vice President Europe East, lives and breathes this game. And his son Patrik? He's an absolute star on the pitch! Not only is he driving the Říčany A-team toward championship titles with his performances, but he's also excelling for the Czech national team. As if that weren't enough, our current Country Manager for CZ/SK, Lukas Ondracek, is a huge rugby fan and supporter as well. Seeing this contagious enthusiasm in our local leaders gives the whole partnership incredible depth and a human face.  🌍 We're growing and crossing borders. Czech rugby is experiencing a huge boom and is becoming the dominant force in the Central European region. When you see how Czech teams in the league dominate even such a strong and ambitious foreign challenger as the Austrian club RU Donau Wien, you know you've teamed up with the very highest quality.
