After an energizing few years at Brainlabs, I am stepping into the next chapter. I’m deeply grateful for the pace, complexity and ambition which sharpened how I think about strategy and accelerated performance. A heartfelt thankyou to my incredible manager Stephen Allan OBE, Daniel Gilbert and the remarkable team at Brainlabs, and all the amazing clients who made the work matter. Alongside industry work, teaching at Northwestern and Columbia Universities has been a meaningful throughline — reinforcing my passion for people and teams, and interest in how theory and practice inform each other. I am very excited to continue building at that intersection and the conversations along the way.
