Last week, our team came together in Texas for a few days focused on strategy, collaboration, and building the future of how we work together at Disruptive Materials. One of the biggest themes was establishing a new way of working across the team — centered around clear OKRs to help us stay agile, aligned, and moving with purpose as we continue to grow globally. We also spent significant time exploring how emerging AI tools can help us work smarter, move faster, and create more value for our customers and partners. It is an exciting moment to rethink not only what we build, but how we operate as a company. Beyond the workshops and planning sessions, it was equally valuable to spend quality time together in person. As a global team, those moments matter. We wrapped up one evening at the Fort Worth Stockyards — a great Texas experience and a reminder that strong teams are built both inside and outside the meeting room. 🚀 Excited for what’s ahead.
