𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Adani Group 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. Today we are thrilled to announce a long-term partnership with the Adani Group, India's largest private infrastructure and industrial conglomerate, to develop and scale cost-competitive, low-carbon chemical production in India. The initiative will begin with a pilot facility producing formic acid from captured CO₂ and renewable electricity, at an Adani site, followed by a phased scale-up to commercial manufacturing. Beyond formic acid, we will explore a broader portfolio of critical chemicals for industries under growing pressure to strengthen domestic supply chains and cut emissions. Made in India. This partnership reflects a shared ambition to make essential chemicals cleaner, cheaper, and at scale, and is one more example of a growing India-Europe collaboration in clean technologies. As Jeet Adani puts it: "We are proud to pilot India's first formic acid production facility powered entirely by renewable electricity and captured carbon.
