Chios and Oinousses maritime schools. From classrooms to engine rooms, from first steps to the structured life of a ship, young seafarers gradually become part of the global shipping world. In this photography project I approached by following that path documenting not just spaces, but the environments that shape people. The tribute was created for Kathimerini’s "Topoi Mas" magazine, focusing on the human side of the maritime industry: discipline, preparation, and the quiet transformation that happens long before life at sea begins.
