Leaders within Dimensional’s Portfolio Management team recently took the stage at two industry events to share their expertise with attendees in both London and New York. ✅ Global Head of Portfolio Management Jed Fogdall attended ETF Stream Ecosystem Unwrapped, Europe’s largest ETF conference. At the two-day event held in London, Jed spoke about going beyond indexing with active ETFs. Jed oversees Dimensional’s global Portfolio Management team, including US equity, non-US equity, and fixed income strategies. He is also involved in the design and marketing of new products and strategies, speaking frequently to current and prospective clients on many investment-related topics. More than 800 industry professionals attend the ETF conference each year to gain actionable intelligence and explore developments in product innovation, strategy, and market structure. ✅ Mary Phillips, Deputy Head of Portfolio Management, North America, attended the 4th Women in Quantitative Finance Americas Conference (WQFA) in New York City. There, Mary presented on “Driving Innovation in Active ETFs: Custom Baskets, Mutual Fund Conversions, and Share Classes.” As part of her role at Dimensional, Mary leads the investment work stream focused on structuring, launching, and maintaining Dimensional’s ETF share class offerings. She frequently speaks at industry events on topics ranging from Dimensional’s investment philosophy and process to custom solutions to help investors achieve their goals. Hosted by WBS and Columbia University, the sold-out WQFA nonprofit conference offers a platform to engage with cutting-edge research, network with industry leaders, and participate in dynamic discussions.
