We keep building AI agents to handle the repetitive stuff. And most of the time, they do a decent job. But then you end up on the other side of one. Guess what it feels like when an AI agent chatbot replies to your inquiries and you'll be like 'I need a HUMAN!!!' I was chasing down an unexpected issue with Hunter.io support. Their AI agent was very polite. Very thorough. Kept asking clarifying questions. And after a few rounds of going in circles, all I could think of was when a real human steps into this. That's when Laura Di Natali stepped in. She didn't just take over the ticket. She went out of her way to make sure I actually understood what was happening and made sure I knew it would be sorted. She didn't have to go that far. She did anyway. At times like this, there's something genuinely reassuring about a human taking care of it. No AI agent can replicate that.
