In recent years, I’ve had a 7:45am reminder on my calendar that simply reads: “Do the hard things first.” It’s more than a personal mantra — it’s a mindset that drives progress at Sharebite. I’m proud to share that yesterday, we won our first The Webby Awards for Apps + Software – HR & Employee Experience! This recognition is a testament to the hours, days, and months our entire team has poured into listening to our customers and designing solutions that don’t just meet a need — they transform how companies support their most valuable asset: their people. I couldn’t be prouder of our team, who embody that “do the hard things first” philosophy every day — constantly raising the bar and refusing to settle for yesterday’s definition of success. Onwards!
