It's been interesting to see this conversation spreading beyond tech circles... My view is that the narrative around AI has largely centered around productivity -- and not enough people are talking about sustainability. In other words, what we're starting to see is "work compression" in the form of more intense work hours, less downtime, and higher expectations per employee. At Sharebite, we're already seeing this shift influence the way Execs & HR leaders are thinking about (and building systems to support) human performance. IMO, that is how the greatest companies will thrive in the AI era -- and it's still early. Appreciate Korn Ferry for highlighting the broader implications here and amplifying the conversation!
