CEO at Sharebite

Five words, in just two simple phrases, have played a central role in shaping Sharebite into the mission-driven, category-creating company it is today: 1) “Everybody eats.” 2) “Whatever it takes.” I recently had the pleasure of joining Diana Ransom and Christine Lagorio-Chafkin on Inc. Magazine’s From the Ground Up podcast, where we talked about the resilience that has fueled Sharebite’s journey. And it’s certainly not just my story—it's the story of our entire team. We’re focused on getting every worker in America fed. It’s more than a guiding principle of our business — it’s mission-critical to society. Whatever it takes, by any means necessary. We’ve kept that same mindset as we navigated the uncertainty of the early days of the pandemic when offices across the country emptied, to the hypergrowth we’re experiencing today, which recently landed us at #56 on Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing private companies in the US. Today, Sharebite serves the most important companies in the country. That success isn’t just an outcome, it’s a process—and it’s an approach that has become part of our DNA. I couldn’t be prouder of everyone who has contributed to making it a reality. Link to the full episode in the comments below. P.S. In addition to Stoicism, I also referenced Vedanta in the podcast & wanted to thank my dear friend Brett A. Hurt for introducing me to this ancient philosophy — it has made a huge difference in my life.
