ππ Research Publication | IJABR 2026 ππ π Pleased to share that my research paper has been officially published in the International Journal of Advanced Biochemistry Research (IJABR) β Vol. 10, Issue 5S, 2026 | Pages 818β824 | β NAAS Rating: 5.29 π βPurchase Determinants of Traditional Fermented Dairy Dessert Shrikhand among Youth Consumers in Anand, Gujaratβ π¬ The study analysed consumer behaviour and purchase preferences of 91 youth respondents in Anand, Gujarat, towards traditional fermented dairy dessert Shrikhand. π Key Findings: π Taste emerged as the strongest purchase determinant (41.76%) π Amul was the most preferred brand (74.73%) π Supermarkets became the leading purchase channel (48.35%) πΌπ₯ Kesar and Mango remained the most preferred flavours π 76.92% respondents expressed repurchase intention, indicating strong brand loyalty π‘ The findings highlight significant opportunities for flavour innovation, organised retail expansion, and youth-focused dairy marketing strategies within Indiaβs traditional dairy sector. π Sincere gratitude to my respected mentors β Dr. Maulik C.
