Two weeks, four Agent‑a‑thons: What a ride! 🚀 Over the last two weeks, I joined a whirlwind of Agent‑a‑thons and the journey was both enlightening and highly collaborative. Each session gave teams the chance to dive deep into M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, then roll up their sleeves for hands‑on practice to turn ideas into working copilots. 🤝 What’s an Agent‑a‑thon (and why it matters)? A fast‑paced, hands‑on build sprint where cross‑functional teams learn, design, and prototype copilots around real business scenarios in hours, not weeks. The value: rapid learning‑by‑doing, tangible prototypes, a shared vocabulary between business & IT, early discovery of data/process gaps, and clear next steps toward production‑ready solutions. Agenda Highlights • September 18–19 — Kuveyt Türk • September 22–23 — Otokoç Otomotiv • September 25–26 — Borusan Holding • September 29–30 — Türk Hava Yolları 📒 What I have seen from participants the most: 1️⃣ Ask Copilot to design the process for you there are many connectors, and you can find your path with Copilot 2️⃣ Instructions matter and that’s where the magic happens. Keep iterating and refining based on text panel outputs. 3️⃣ Phase your approach and surface pain points in your daily processes before you build. 4️⃣ We live in an Excel world, but LLMs aren’t great at reading Excel files directly use tools/actions and connectors to access data via queries. 5️⃣ For RPA scenarios, you don’t always need to create a full agent try Agent Flows for faster automation wins. ⚡ 🙌 Special thanks to the team. Huge gratitude for planning, logistics, demos, and on‑site support: Anıl Türeli, Hande Tarhan, Beyza Sakallı, Sefa Duman, Kıvanç Akdeniz, Bora KAPLAN, Erdal CAKIR, Emre Gökdemir, Ender YASAR, Didem Kurt Demirkaya, MindWorks and mores. And of course, thanks to all the brilliant participants for the energy, questions, and creativity. 👏 #M365Copilot #CopilotStudio #Agentathon #MicrosoftCopilot #GenerativeAI #AI #Collaboration
