Customer Success at Redis
Two weeks later, and the energy from Madrid is still fueling the fire. Taking a moment to reflect on our Redis Sales Kickoff, I’m struck by how rare and powerful it is to have our global team in one room. In a world of Zoom calls and Slack threads, nothing replaces the magic of connecting in person with colleagues from across the globe. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this mission and for the investment Redis makes in bringing us together to align on our vision for this year.. Beyond the strategy and the product roadmap, it was the "Usain Bolt" mindset session led by our CRO that really stuck. The idea of Reset, Reframe, and Execute is exactly what we need as we sprint into this next year. It’s easy to talk about speed, but it’s the reframing—the mental preparation and strategic pivots—that actually wins the race. Walking away from Madrid, I didn't just leave with a strategy; I left with a renewed sense of pride in this global community.
