The 13th Convocation of IISER Kolkata, held on 23 June 2026, marks a significant milestone in celebrating the academic excellence, research accomplishments, and scientific spirit of its graduating students. The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, and the Guest of Honour, Prof. Rajiv Prakash, Director of IIT Bhilai, whose presence added distinction to this important occasion. Graduating students are conferred degrees and outstanding achievers are honoured with medals and awards.
