Here's what the job actually is: → You'll cut social-first content — Reels, Shorts, carousels-that-move, micro-films, brand films. You understand why a hook dies at 1.3 seconds and how to fix it. → You're dangerous with AI. Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut AI, Topaz — whatever tool kills the job fastest, you already use it. If you're still editing like it's 2022, keep scrolling. → You'll automate our editing pipeline. Templates, presets, AI workflows, batch processes — you see repetition and you kill it. → You move fast. A client brief at 11 AM becomes a cut by 4 PM. Revisions aren't a 3-day affair. → You own the output. No hand-holding, no hiding behind "the brief wasn't clear." You figure it out. What we don't want: ✗ Freshers. Please don't. ✗ Editors who need a week to cut a 30-second Reel. ✗ People who say "AI is replacing creativity" — we disagree, strongly. ✗ Anyone who needs a manager to approve every transition.
