Happy to share some impressions from our recent user testing at Universitätsspital Zürich – a great example of research through design in action.   Over several days, patients interacted with our quick prototypes and shared valuable feedback. These insights are now driving the next design iteration and bringing us one step closer to the final solution and evaluation of its implementation.   Our goal is to reduce the risk of hospital-acquired pneumonia – a frequent and serious complication that can be effectively prevented through simple yet often neglected actions like patient mobility and oral care.   A big thank you to our partners at USZ and everyone involved in making this collaboration possible!
