Live production systems aren’t chosen by size, they’re chosen by predictability. One of the most common mistakes we see is scaling systems based on today’s show. Instead of asking: “How big is this production?” The better question is: “How predictable does this workflow need to be?” A corporate studio, a regional broadcaster and a national live event may all look different, but they share the same challenge: consistency under pressure. Scale isn’t about the number of inputs. It’s about repeatability, resilience and operator confidence. Ross Video
