Award Win at Vienna City Architecture Award We are delighted that Village Mitte – Living by the Park has been awarded by the City of Vienna at #gebaut2025, its annual showcase of recently completed architecture. The selected projects stand for innovative, inspiring and exemplary solutions from the perspective of urban design. Designed by DTFLR in collaboration with ARTEC, Village Mitte is a residential quarter developed around the guiding principle of climate-resilient neighbourhood development. Its focus lies on park landscapes, green façades, roof gardens and permeable paving, as well as on social sustainability. The project opens a dense urban site towards the park, creates generous outdoor spaces, and strengthens the connection between housing, public space and neighbourhood life.
