The path into the DAX, divestments and acquisitions, our new visions “𝘛𝘰 𝘉𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘊𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳”, a transformed culture, our “𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺” – and now, the step into a groundbreaking strategic partnership with XRG. How do you capture a decade like this in words? Numbers can’t tell the story. What truly matters are the people, the shared experiences, and the trust we built along the way. I am deeply grateful for every moment, every challenge, and every success we achieved together. I am proud of my exceptional team that accomplished so much over the years. After a decade and the successful completion of the takeover by XRG, it feels like the right time to say goodbye and pass the baton. I’m thrilled that we have found an outstanding successor in @Stefan Staubach. Congratulations, dear Stefan – and all the best for what I believe is the most exciting and rewarding challenge in the chemical industry, supported by the best Strategy and M&A team out there!
