HASKONING DELFT: WHERE SMART IDEAS TAKE ROOT IN RICH HISTORY // Haskoning moved this spring to a location with a remarkable story. A building steeped in history and ready for the future. The former Faculty of Mining Engineering (1912) in Delft has been transformed together with Fokkema & Partners Architecten into a vibrant, sustainable, Paris-proof workplace for around 800 colleagues. In the new Royal Haskoning office in Delft, two atriums (Connect & Collaborate) form the beating heart of the workspace. Through circular interventions, each atrium has developed its own unique character, centred on connection and renewal. Bold gestures with circular materials create both openness and intimacy.
