Subscription rate 134%! We are very pleased to announce that our rights issue was oversubscribed, highlighting strong investor demand and confidence in Dicot Pharma’s future. Following the strong outcome in the offering, amounting to SEK 210 million before costs, the Board resolved on a directed issue corresponding to SEK 21 million, in order to accommodate the excess demand. As a result, the company receives total proceeds of approximately SEK 231 million before transaction costs.
