I am pleased to fulfill an "Important Things To Do Wishlist", to contribute book writing in warehouse automation knowledge sharing. My heartfelt thanks to Prof. Albert Tan for inviting me to write a chapter on "Automation and Robotics in Warehousing" for the book "Managing and Improving Warehouse Operations".
