I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Manager: Technical Customer Experience at MultiChoice Group! The past year has been filled with incredible growth, challenges, and opportunity. I’ve had the priviledge of working with brilliant people, in a complex environment, and helping drive meaningful change. This new role is a step forward, and one I step into with a deep sense of purpose. I can’t wait to lead this next chapter and continue building value for our customers, and teams.
