This article made me surprisingly nervous to publish. A small exhibition in Copenhagen by the talented Joachim Fleinert sent me down a rabbit hole involving medieval paintings of lions, AI-generated souvenirs, online expertise, algorithms, data, entrepreneurship, and the uncomfortable possibility that we are all contributing to the world's largest game of broken telephone. The article starts with a fridge magnet and somehow ends with questions about knowledge, truth, and critical thinking. I hope you'll read it.
