Last week, Nihaan and Namandeep from our Product Team spent two days in Uttan, Thane, at the residential Training of Trainers for the Dhan Samvaad Financial & Digital Literacy Program, run with Mahindra Finance and held at Rambhau Malgi Prabodhini. They ran a hands-on session on mForm and mGrant for the Master Trainers and Program Leads who take this program to the ground. mForm is where beneficiary data gets collected, so most of the day was spent sitting with the partners, going through their real workflows one by one, and answering whatever came up right there in the room. What stayed with us was how the partners opened up once it was face to face. Questions they had been sitting on for a while got resolved. And there was a quiet shift you could feel: mForm stopped being a tool on a screen and became something with people behind it. Many of them already knew mForm by name, already knew it as a product that NGOs across the sector are using. That meant a lot. The honest takeaway is that field reality beats the spec every time. What you design at a desk and what a trainer needs standing in front of a group are two different things, and the only way to close that gap is to be in the same room. Every training like this teaches us something we could not have found on a screen. That is also the direction we are building toward. We want mForm to become a genuine skill for the sector, the way a product manager just knows Jira, something a field team reaches for without thinking. One unified tool for social impact work. Each session on the ground is a step closer to that. Thank you to the Mahindra Finance and Dhan Samvaad teams for having us. Glad to keep building this with you. #TechForGood #FinancialInclusion #DigitalLiteracy #mGrant #mForm
