Outside of work, Harshdeep Mokha has a personal goal — to travel across India, not just to see new places, but to understand the culture, history, and people behind them. That same curiosity shapes the way he approaches his work. He pays attention, asks questions, and focuses on understanding what people truly need before building solutions for them.    Before joining Dhwani RIS, Harshdeep spent four years in corporate IT, building SaaS products for global clients. But moving into #techforgood changed the way he thought about users and their lived experiences. “In corporate work, you are usually building for someone sitting at a desk. Here, the user could be a field worker using a basic phone with limited connectivity while managing several other things at the same time.”    Over the last two years, he has worked across projects with organizations like World Health Organization, Tata Trusts, and UNDP — building technology grounded in real-world challenges and everyday realities.    This month, as he steps into the role of Senior Project Manager, Harshdeep reflects on two years of consistent learning, ownership, and thoughtful work at Dhwani Rural Information Systems.    #DhwaniRIS #PeopleOfDhwani #SocialImpact #MeetTheTeam #SocialImpact #ProjectManagement #TechForGood
