Neck stiffness. Tight shoulders. Tired eyes. For many of us, that's part of a typical workday. To mark International Yoga Day, the Dhwani team took an hour out of the morning to slow down, stretch, breathe, and learn a few simple practices that can be incorporated into everyday life. Led by Ranjeeta Jha and hosted by Namandeep Chaudhary, the session included flexibility challenges, stretching and twisting exercises, pranayama, Surya Namaskar, eye-relaxation techniques, and a calming humming exercise to close the session. Along the way, we also learned about simple practices that can support posture, circulation, digestion, breathing, and overall well-being—especially for those of us who spend long hours at our desks. The session also included a few fun challenges that brought out plenty of participation, enthusiasm, and healthy competition across the team. A good reminder that sometimes the smallest habits can have the biggest impact.
