11 years of Dhwani RIS. This past year brought many moments we’ll remember — open-sourcing the Frappe Mobile Framework, conversations at IndiaFOSS and the India AI Impact Summit, the SKOCH Award for mGrant, and AI Playground sessions that encouraged teams across Dhwani to learn, experiment, and build together in new ways. It was also a year of becoming more AI-enabled in how we work — through everyday experimentation, collaboration, and learning across teams and social impact contexts. And for the first time, the entire team travelled together for a Jim Corbett offsite — a brief pause from screens, deadlines, and calls. Somewhere between all the field visits, workshops, launches, experiments, and late-night problem-solving, this year became one of growth, reflection, and new perspectives. And through all of it, what mattered most remained the same — the people behind the journey.
