𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 𝗘𝗗𝗚 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 I’m pleased to share that I have been selected as an EDG Intern + Full-Time Employee (FTE) at MathWorks . This opportunity allows me to work in a technically rigorous environment, solving real-world engineering problems and strengthening my foundation in software development, numerical computing, and system-level thinking. I’m excited to learn from experienced engineers and contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions. I would like to sincerely thank the Training and Placement Cell NIT Delhi and Chandra Sekhar Obbu their continuous support, guidance, and efforts in facilitating this opportunity. I would also like to thank our college director Ajay K Sharma for his guidance. I’m also grateful to my professors, mentors, and peers who helped me throughout this journey. Looking forward to starting this new chapter and growing as an engineer at MathWorks. Given below is the complete interview pocess that helped me secure the position, the entire process was online: 1. 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨:    This was the very first stage for selection criteria 2. 𝘖𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘖𝘈 (1.5 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴):    I had chosen the Computer Science Track which consisted of:    -> 2 programming languages (choose 2 out of the 4) – (C, C++, Java, JavaScript).    -> Programming concepts – OOP, data structures, and operating systems.    -> Aptitude - Basic math, problem solving, logical reasoning.    -> BONUS SECTION: Choose 1 out of 2 – (MATLAB, Python) - basic syntax, data and programming concepts. 3. 𝘖𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘙𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 (45 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴):    The topic given to us was the pros and cons of EDG role. 4. 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 (45 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴):    Two DSA questions were asked in this round:    (i) Finding the kth smallest element in an array in linear time complexity, without changing the actual postions of the numbers in the array.    (ii) Implementation and basic functions of linked list in C++.    Along with this other question on time and space complexity was asked and also a question for designing a database for record management with basic to advanced functions was asked. 5. 𝘏𝘙 𝘙𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 (45 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴):    In the HR round there was a complete and insightful discussion on the projects that I had made and behavioural questions were also asked. 6. 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 (30 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴):    Questions on behavioural growh along with organizational growth was asked in this round.     #MathWorks #EDG #Internship #FTE #SoftwareEngineering #Placements #TNPCell #CareerGrowth
