We just wrapped up an incredible 2-month collaborative program with the School of Hard Knocks, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) culminating in our final checkpoint: the DHL Padawan Case Study Assessment. This wasn’t just a standard training program, it was a deep dive into cultivating the critical thinking and creativity needed to thrive in the "New Era" of Shared Services. From a rigorous initial selection and a high-energy 3-day bootcamp, to virtual self-learning and a final case study presentation, these students brought their absolute best to every stage.
