As part of Armed Forces Week, we welcomed members of 159 Regiment RLC to our Rugby site, alongside four DHL colleagues who proudly serve as Reservists. It was a great opportunity to showcase the strong connection between logistics and the Armed Forces to teams across the site, with shared skills like teamwork, leadership, resilience and adaptability helping people succeed in both environments. There was plenty of engagement – and a few colleagues even had the chance to try on some of the kit! As an ERS Gold Award holder, DHL Supply Chain is an advocate for the Armed Forces community in the workplace.
