Proud to see our colleague Omar E. representing us at the inaugural Aviation Inclusion Event hosted by EUROCONTROL and EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency in Brussels this week. The event brought together aviation professionals from across Europe to advance LGBTQIA+ inclusion and reinforce that inclusion is essential for safety, trust, innovation, and the future of our industry. Inclusion is not a checkbox at DHA - it’s part of who we are. Creating an environment where everyone feels respected, safe, and empowered to be themselves makes us stronger as colleagues, as teams, and as an airline. As Omar says: "One message stands above all: inclusion is fundamental to safety. A true Just Culture exists when every individual feels safe to speak up without fear or judgment. In an industry built on professionalism and trust, there is no place for discrimination based on who someone loves or who they are. Visibility matters. Representation matters.
